A GUIDE FOR A QUICK ‘ME TIME’

How do you relax?

I usually work long hours. Once i am at home, the only thing that i really want to do is lie down on my bed and watch netflix. Obviously i can’t do that because i have got to do skin care, wellness and gratitude thing, in order to prepare myself for another gruelling day at work next day. Here’s how i do it ( and you can too!!)

Firstly, i double cleanse my skin to remove all the grime and invisible dirt and then tone and moisturise it.

Next up, i soak my feet in lukewarm water for 10 mins max.

Nourish my body with warm and freshly cooked meal.

Do a little after-dinner walking either in the hallway or in balcony, while listening to a podcast.

Then i do a little journaling on onenote. somedays, i read few pages of a good book instead.

At last comes my favourite part, getting on my comfy bed and watch netflix for some time. usually i like to watch a rom-com or something like that. Yesterday, it was ‘bon appetit, your majesty’.

Sleep for 7 hours.
