BOOK OF THE WEEK: ATOMIC HABITS

If you are someone looking for self- improvement or want to help a friend in getting their life sorted, this is the book you should go for. It has NUMEROUS accolades to its name like New York Times Bestseller for over 164 WEEKS, Amazon’s Bestselling book of 2021, top Audiobook on Audible, #10 on The Sunday Times Bestsellers list (2025). The main theme of the book is habit formation. It contains research backed theories for how to start something new and ways to keep the momentum. It also contain stories based on James Clear’s life experiences and his take aways. It has 20 chapters in total, which seems alot but, trust me, once your curiosity to know more will come alive, finishing it won’t be that far.

The mantra that i imbibed from the book – focus on 1% of improvement daily.
