What is your favorite form of physical exercise?
This is one of the challenging areas of my life. My current BMI is 29, which is high, maybe very high and i need loose weight ASAP. I am very well aware of this and i have been trying to loose weight since the beginning of this year. I dropped some kgs on scale with regular gym and diet but then i regained them soon after as well. This makes the journey all the more frustrating than it has to be.
Currently i have been focusing on developing systems which are sustainable in long run and suitable to my daily routine. Yoga and walking in the nature is helping me be consistent and enjoying my fitness journey as well, without making it feel like a chore. Let’s see where this attempt takes me.
