Google defines it as negative or irrational patterns of thinking that can negatively impact how a person perceives reality.

We have all had to face situations in our lives where we subconsciously exaggerate any event and can influence us into making faulty assumptions or decisions.

Ask yourself:

🫟 what is the best possible outcome?

🫟 will i care about this in five years’ time?

🫟 what is the most likely thing to happen?

🫟 is there a solution to this problem?
